POST PRODUCTION TEAM
10 Man POST Production Team

10 man team for setup of Tank Batteries, Welding, Separator Builder, Pipelines, and Storage Facilities.  Many other local people can be used to assist us with this part of the process especially if a pipeline is created for transportation.  However, locations will need to be stocked and ready to go before drilling operations begin because the completion process needs to be fast due to the narrow time frame of decent weather.

Re: L.O.I. / Chris Sanders Producer Operator

The above items and list of description provides a basic over view to inform Kazakhstan Political Representatives of my readiness to perform and conduct drilling operations in your country.  This Letter hereby serves as my letter of intent as well as to convey a brief understanding of the costs that will be incurred from the production side while producing and discovering Oil & Gas reserves in your country.

Things that can be provided by the local government:  Airplanes, Cars, Cranes, Bulldozers, Back Hoes, Pipelines, & Semi Trucks.

This is to verify that I am ready willing and able to conduct preliminary inspections, geological reports and studies, as well as gather new technological information regarding the potential of Oil and Natural Gas Production in Kazakhstan.  Then based on my new discoveries, Operations, will begin to build an infrastructure around the "new areas of interest".  This infrastructure will include a base camp with the ability to supply materials to complete objectives while under operation.  Such as a base camp for, tank trucks, drilling mud, acid, packers, spare parts etc.. The drilling rigs and equipment used is of the very latest technology and have the ability to immediately move on scene and get to 8000 feet in 4.5 days which is a new speed record at this depth for successful oil and gas production.  A crew of 77 men will be employed for an entire year to setup pre production, base camps, warehouse facilities, and drilling operations in Kazakhstan.

This is to verify that I have been contacted by your associates to review the potential of Oil and Gas Production in Kazakhstan and I am ready willing and able to conduct drilling operations in your country.  This letter hereby serves as to inform International Related Parties of my intent and readiness for International Explorations in Kazakhstan.

I can be contacted by cell phone number (940) 300-4001 or e-mail at   productionclips@hotmail.com

Thank you,
